This is worth up to £300 per child per year, and is paid to your child’s early education provider to help improve the quality of early education for your child. ParentPay

In an attempt to remove all cash and cheques from school we are asking parents to use our e-payment method to pay for breakfast club, after school clubs, wraparound care, trips, and uniforms. This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay.

After joining the academy you will be provided with a secure online account, activated using a unique activation username and password; you will be prompted to change these once you login.  Please note both your Username and Password for future logins. If you have two or more children at the academy, you only need to activate one account as your ‘main account’ and then add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page.

ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account, simply add your debit card and you can make online payments straight away.

If you haven’t signed up yet, or have lost your login details, please email primaryinfo@chobhamacademy.org.uk with 'ParentPay' in the subject header and include your full name, your child's full name and class in the body of the email.

A ParentPay guidance PDF can be found in the download tab at the bottom of this page.To access Parentpay please click on Parentpay tab in the sub menu.

MCAS (My Child At School)

My Child At School (MCAS) is an online portal for parents which enables them to view their child’s performance at school in real-time, via the internet.

If you haven’t signed up yet, or have lost your login details, please email primaryinfo@chobhamacademy.org.uk with 'MCAS' in the subject header and include your full name, your child's full name and class in the body of the email.
